Another Belated Birthday Post!!

For the first time in several years some of us were able to help Ben celebrate his birthday on the exact day of his birthday.

Dad, Caleb. Marie, and I went down to Red Lake Falls, and helped Ben move some of his stuff from his 3 bedroom apartment to his new 2 bedroom apartment.
We were not able to make Ben a special birthday breakfast, so for lunch we went to Pizza Hut. It was so fun to be with Ben on his birthday. We are so grateful that you are in our family Ben!!!

Ephesians 2:10 - For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

John 13:34 - A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

Psalm 1:1-3 1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
I Corinthians 6: 19-20 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Matthew 6: 33  - But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Please be in prayer for Ben. Yesterday Ben was in a car accident. He totaled his car and the other car that was also in the accident. Thankfully Ben and nobody else was not hurt too bad.

All I have Is Christ!!

Skiing with friends at Buena Vista

"All I Have Is Christ"

Verse 1. I once was lost in darkest night, yet thought I knew the way.

Taking a walk as sisters is so much fun...especially if you skip:)

The sin that promised joy and life had led me to the grave.

I had no hope that You would own a rebel to your will.

The snow has been so pretty this year. All the children have had fun in the extra snow: whether it's sledding, playing fox and geese, or building forts, it's always delightful to be outside!!

And if you had not loved me first, I would refuse You still.
Verse 2. But as I ran my hellbound race, indifferent to the cost,

You looked upon my helpless state and led me to the cross.

And I beheld God's love displayed- You suffered in my place;
You bore the wrath reserved for me; now all I know is grace.
Mom has worked so hard making dresses for Ben and Emily's wedding. She has done an awesome job! Just as a side note, Mom did not make Esther's dress, though she did make some slight adjustments to it.

Verse 3. Now Lord, I would be Yours alone, and live so all might see

The strength to follow Your commands could never come from me.

O Father, use my ransomed life in any way You will. And let my song forever be: my only boast is You.
Mom, Rachel Matthew, and Ben, went down to Sioux Falls last week. While they were there, they went roller-skating, bowling, and many other things. Oh!...I do believe that Ben spent some time with a certain young lady as well:) On the way home they saw 10 or so deer crossing the road. I am so glad that Mom was able to stop in time!!
Chorus: Hallelujah! All I have is Christ.

Hallelujah! Jesus is my life.
