All I have Is Christ!!

Skiing with friends at Buena Vista

"All I Have Is Christ"

Verse 1. I once was lost in darkest night, yet thought I knew the way.

Taking a walk as sisters is so much fun...especially if you skip:)

The sin that promised joy and life had led me to the grave.

I had no hope that You would own a rebel to your will.

The snow has been so pretty this year. All the children have had fun in the extra snow: whether it's sledding, playing fox and geese, or building forts, it's always delightful to be outside!!

And if you had not loved me first, I would refuse You still.
Verse 2. But as I ran my hellbound race, indifferent to the cost,

You looked upon my helpless state and led me to the cross.

And I beheld God's love displayed- You suffered in my place;
You bore the wrath reserved for me; now all I know is grace.
Mom has worked so hard making dresses for Ben and Emily's wedding. She has done an awesome job! Just as a side note, Mom did not make Esther's dress, though she did make some slight adjustments to it.

Verse 3. Now Lord, I would be Yours alone, and live so all might see

The strength to follow Your commands could never come from me.

O Father, use my ransomed life in any way You will. And let my song forever be: my only boast is You.
Mom, Rachel Matthew, and Ben, went down to Sioux Falls last week. While they were there, they went roller-skating, bowling, and many other things. Oh!...I do believe that Ben spent some time with a certain young lady as well:) On the way home they saw 10 or so deer crossing the road. I am so glad that Mom was able to stop in time!!
Chorus: Hallelujah! All I have is Christ.

Hallelujah! Jesus is my life.

  1. Where did Emily get her wedding dress? It is exactly what I had in mind for my anniversary dress. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
