The Power of the Cross.

²⁴ Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. I Peter 2:24


¹⁸ Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
¹⁹ But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: I Peter 1:18-19


²¹ For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 
II Corinthians 5:21
